7. Electricity: In case of power failure, there are two emergency generators to take
	care of basic needs.

8. Security 24 hours a day: The only access to the complex is through the reception
	area, and a watchman makes rounds throughout the night.

9. Automatic Washer : For patrons, in the laundry room. (Free of charge).

10. Safety-deposit box : At the reception desk from 09:00 to 17:00 every day.

11. Internet @ccess : At the reception desk and in the dinning room for your labtop.
