RESERVATION |
|
|
To confirm your reservation, a deposit worth 20% of the first month's rental is required in the 10 days following your request. After this delay the reservation will be cancelled.
This amount is payable in Canadian dollars or by check to
Picaflores.
Credit cards are not accepted.

BALANCE PAYMENT |
|
|
The
balance is payable by cash or
travellers' cheques upon arrival at the
ApartaHotel Picaflores
complex.
No
refund or credit is extended to clients arriving later or leaving earlier
than expected.

|
|
SECURITY
DEPOSIT |
|
|
Upon
arrival, clients must give a 50 $ security deposit to cover possible
damages to the premises, to hire extra housekeeping services if
apartments are not kept in order, to provide for the replacement
of lost keys and to the changing of the pin lock cylinder, etc.
The security deposit is carried out by travellers' cheques or
by cash. The
amount will be refunded at the time of your departure, after
appropriate
deduction, if necessary, of the expenses previously mentioned. If this deposit
is deemed insufficient, the client will be
required to pay
the difference. |

CANCELLATION |
|
|
20 $ administration fees will be collected on your
deposit upon our reception of your written cancellation notice (mail
or e-mail) 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival
date.
No refund or credit will be granted for a cancellation received after
this time, whatever the reason: illness, accident or other unexpected event.
